We ship nationwide! If you are unable to choose a shipping method, please make sure you've clicked the button "Choose an Address" under the payment buttons, then update your address. UPS shipping options will appear. If they don't, shoot us a text! Happy to walk you through ordering, or take your order over the phone.
Shipping is available nationwide using UPS for Ground and Express service. For orders requiring Saturday delivery via Ground transport, FedEx Home Delivery will be used. Please note that when shipping notifications are sent out, tracking numbers beginning in 1Z, these are UPS tracking numbers, and an all numerical tracking number is FedEx.
The Cookie Cake Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED DELIVERIES DUE TO RECIPIENT BEING UNAVAILABLE. Drivers reserve the right to leave a package if they feel it is safe, or not leave it if there is a concern - we do not request signatures for delivery. The Cookie Cake Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERIES DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES. The Cookie Cake Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DAMAGED BY UPS OR FEDEX.
Please request delivery for the day prior to your event. Shipping is imperfect, so plan accordingly.
Cakes are made the day prior to shipping and frozen overnight.
Typical turnaround time is three days for cakes and cookies, 5 days for jars. Orders must be placed by EOD Thursday to receive cake following week.
All cakes are custom and handmade - CAKES WILL VARY IN APPEARANCE. PHOTOS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. Especially if you are building your own. These are all special snowflakes, and no two will be alike.
